An Accessible Experience
We've worked with the staff at Hotel RL to accommodate the diverse needs of our attendees.
Are we missing something? Let us know
- There is step-free access to all parts of the venue, from the parking lot to the presentation rooms.
- Restrooms include an ADA stall with grab bars, but do not contain lowered sinks.
- Hotel RL does not provide gender-neutral restrooms. Please use the restroom for the gender with which you identify.
- Service animals are welcome, and there is a large park directly behind the hotel where they can be walked.
- The Quiet Room is Willow I on all conference days. This room is not for socializing.
- Attend a recovery meeting. There is a 6:30am AA meeting daily at Manito Methodist (3220 S Grand Blvd), a 10 minute drive from the venue. There are also meetings at Our Club (303 W. 2nd Ave.) and Central United Methodist Church (518 W. 3rd Ave.) which are each a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bus ride from the venue.
